Pony Camp!

This was Eliza's first experience with pony camp.  She has taken lessons weekly for about a 1/2 of year, ever since at age 2 she told her Daddy she wanted to ride a pony but her Daddy went on Wednesday and they rode with the big girls. She had sooooo much FUN!!!!

Eliza leaping into 3!

It was the first stormy evening of 2012!!! Urgg... we needed the rain but not on Eliza's party day!  It was the Sunday evening when we planned Eliza's friends and family pool party.  We had pizza and salad from Sam's Pizza, frog cupcakes that Omi and I made, and homemade icecream or shaved ice from a truck from Jo Jo's Cupcakes.  Our dear friends and family flowed in despite the weather we eat, hit on a unicorn pinata, and played water balloon toss while it was thundering.  After thirty minutes and the thunder subsided the kiddos jumped into the pool.  I did not really get any good pictures of her first friends birthday with friends but she had fun.  With a little prompting from daddy, she walked in the door of the house and said, " Mama that was a fun birthday party."  Baby girl, you make it all worth it!!!

Question:  Does Eliza love frogs?  Answer, she likes them but I learned do not ever ask a 2 year old what they want for their party.  The theme changed daily and the type of party she wanted changed daily.  On the way to the pool, but, " Mommy... I wanted a bowling party like Brynlee."  Lot's of planning later, Eliza exclaimed, " Oh... and it was supose to be a dragon party!!!???!!!!  What the heck!!!???!!!, as Eliza would say.  We will see what the rest of the three's will bring!

My baby girl skawlking away like normal.

Koleton's 3 Year old Party!

Eliza has a third cousin on my mom's side wheich as born exactly one week after Eliza.  He was the first one to meet her off the airplane and even though they have only spent like 3 times together they like each others company and play well together.  They were even the flowergirl and ring barrier at my cousin's wedding Danielle to her handsome Army hubby.  We love both of them for serving our country!

Happy 3rd Birthday Koleton!

Carnival at 3!

It was M's. first time at a Carnival.  We talked our good friends finally into going.  Eliza was a little hesitent.  But, by the end of thenight she enjoyed the "little rides" and left the big rides up to her third grade friend, M.

This was Eliza's favorite ride...riding with Mommy, Daddy and ofcourse several times with her godsister, M.

Daddy and Uncle Bill even at the end of the night got her on the rocket ship.  Some of the pictures are blurry throughout the post but it captured the essence of a fun summer night in the country.
